If you opt in, you may receive non-marketing text messages about your placement inquiry — callback confirmations, appointment scheduling, and follow-up about care options.
Our website, services, and SMS program are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By using this site, submitting a request, or opting in to text messages, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
